As a thank you I’ve decided to do a giveaway for any client that books an October Holiday Mini-Session! It’s hard to believe I took Miss Brooke’s newborn pictures less than a year ago and now I am taking her new sister’s newborn pictures!
Brooke just turned 1 and is such a happy girl with the cutest expressions!

I apologize for blogging this so late. Life has been crazy busy! I have known these fun gals for years through my women’s fishing club (check us out – http://www.womenanglersmn.com/). I donated a session to our club and I was so excited when they won! We met up here in St. Paul last week with their adorable little Buddy.

New Product! Proof books for Seniors

I posted pictures a few weeks ago of the new proof books for standard family/child sessions. I have also changed the proof books for high school seniors! They are 8.5×11 and include 4 images per page. Senior sessions typically will include more proofs than a standard session. This proof book makes viewing much easier!
The cover is a thin clear plastic page. The first page of the book is custom designed by me with one or more images from the session.
The image numbers are below each picture to make ordering easier.
The pages are photographic paper with a linen texture. Only the front side of the pages are printed. Feedback I had received was that parents liked to write their favorites and family orders on the back side of the previous page. Great idea!

Mine on Monday | Holz Farm

This past weekend my sister and niece came down from Bemidji to have some fun in the city! We crammed a lot in two days, including family time, the zoo, the pool, Trader Joes, and this new find – Holz Farm in Eagan. It was 90 degrees and so humid by 9am, but we were able to get these gems of the girls playing.
This will be the location for the Metro mini-sessions on October 30. We didn’t get pictures of everything, there are a lot of old barns, chickens, corn, gardens, etc. I can’t wait to see how awesome this place is with the fall colors!

This little guy just turned one last week and found out today that he is going to have a little sister soon. To celebrate, why not have cake!
Of course we got a few non-chocolate pictures!

I can’t believe it is already August! I just wanted to put up a scheduling update for the next few months.
August: Booked. Newborns and high school seniors are the exception and are very limited.
September: I will be on vacation from the 3rd to the 12th. I have one opening the weekend of the 18/19th (Metro area) and a few weeknights later in the month.
October: I will not be taking any full/regular sessions except for newborns and high school seniors. There are still mini-sessions available in all three locations.
November: Wide open 
I hope everyone is having a great summer! To be honest, I am looking forward to fall and the cooler weather, fall colors, oh and a vacation

2010 Mini-Sessions! | MN Holiday Minisessions

I am excited to finally announce the dates for the 2010 mini-sessions! These are shorter sessions and are perfect for getting those family pictures for holiday cards. My holiday card designs are located here: Holiday Card Gallery.
Holiday Card Pricing:
5×5 or 5×7 press printed flat cards (double sided): $50 for each set of 25 cards.
5×7 press printed folded cards (4 sides): $60 for each set of 25 cards.
5×7 photo cards (1 side): $25 for each set of 25 cards.
All sets come with envelopes.
Further Details:
- Rain date will be the next day (Sunday).
- Cancellations allowed within 48 hours within the date. Full refund will be issued.
- The holiday cards included in the package are flat- double sided 5×5 or 5×7 press printed cards.
- The holiday cards can be substituted for a proof book only.
- Option 1 includes the full resolution images and full print release.
- Print credit in Option 2 can be used towards any print/product.
- The discount applies to everything, including holiday cards.
- These do not have to be family sessions, they can be whatever you desire- just the kids, or even just your dog
- Please email ASAP to book! These will go fast!
